We talked to Jennifer from FL and here’s what she had to say:
Q
Tell us what you made with your Happy Eggs!

A
I used butter melted in a pan to scramble 1 egg in. A mixed one egg with 2% milk and scrambled it. I prepared it this was as this is how I like to cook my scrambled egg. It was very tasty! I used salted butter to cook the egg in and it really brought out the flavor of the egg.
Q
How do you feel about The Happy Egg Co.’s commitment to hen welfare?

A
This is awesome! I am all for the ethical treatment of animals. I hate to hear chickens stuffed in cages and not treated well.
Q
Get creative! What yummy summer recipe would you choose to incorporate Happy Eggs with?

A
My favorite summer recipe is deviled eggs! I think Happy Eggs plus Blue Plate mayonnaise would be delicious! I love bringing this dish to get togethers and I’d love to be able to share this brand and what the brand stands for. I would share it with friends and family at the cookout gatherings!
Q
Happy Egg Hens spend their days doing things they love [like perching, foraging + dust bathing]. What are some of your favorite things to do with family + friends?

A
I have two small children so I love to spend quality time with them! My husband works long hours five to six days a week. I love to spend quality time with him when he’s home as well. As a family we enjoy watching Disney movies together! It’s the one time we have to slow down and relax. We enjoy meeting friends at restaurants to catch up on each other’s lives and have a nice meal!
Happy Eggs are a yummy and fantastic source of protein that is not only healthy for you, but also promotes animal welfare!
