My Happy Experience With Happy Eggs

In Partnership with Happy Egg Co.
We talked to Mar from CA and here’s what she had to say:
Q
Tell us what you made with your Happy Eggs!

A
I made a super lazy dinner. I hard-boiled two eggs and added them to my ramen (cup of noodles).
Q
How do you feel about The Happy Egg Co.’s commitment to hen welfare?

A
I think that they are very dedicated to the hens’ welfare. The box specifies that the hens are living outdoors on eight acres which is awesome. I don’t think most hens are raised that way.
Q
Get creative! What yummy summer recipe would you choose to incorporate Happy Eggs with?

A
I love making egg cups! They’re a homemade version of Starbucks eggs bites. I will grill some veggies on the stove top. Once they’re cooked I’ll whisk them together with eggs and cheese and divide that into a muffin tray and bake it.
Q
Happy Egg Hens spend their days doing things they love [like perching, foraging + dust bathing]. What are some of your favorite things to do with family + friends?

A
I love hiking with my fiancé and dog. There are usually horses on the trails we hike and my dog enjoys interacting with them. It’s so fun.
Happy Eggs are delicious and I’m happy to eat Happy Eggs knowing that the hens were treated humanely and have a lot of ground to play on.
