My Experience With Happy Eggs

In Partnership with Happy Egg Co.

We talked to Christine from WA and here’s what she had to say:

Q
Tell us what you made with your Happy Eggs!

A
I used my eggs to make a ham and cheese omelet. When beating the eggs for the omelet, they looked very fresh and rich in color and mixed well with the milk for the omelet. The egg flavor itself tasted like fresh-from-the-farm eggs.
Q
How do you feel about The Happy Egg Co.’s commitment to hen welfare?

A
Animal well-being and their treatment are very important to me. I have a small hobby farm myself with goats, geese, and peafowl. My animals are very spoiled so the treatment of the hens at Happy Egg Co. is an incentive to buy their products.
Q
Get creative! What yummy summer recipe would you choose to incorporate Happy Eggs with?

A
I am not the best cook so I would make boiled eggs for egg salad sandwiches. Egg salad sandwich premixed and in the frig ready for sandwiches which make a great quick snack, lunch, or sandwiches to take on a picnic or to the beach.
Q
Happy Egg Hens spend their days doing things they love [like perching, foraging + dust bathing]. What are some of your favorite things to do with family + friends?

A
We like to go camping, quad riding, and beaching with friends and family. These are a great way to enjoy each other's company, go for walks and be able to visit and laugh around a campfire.
Happy Eggs taste great and have a good, high nutritional value, and with the fact that the hens are treated well and have an outdoor lifestyle is even more incentive to buy the Happy Eggs brand.
