Lots Of Love!!!

In Partnership with Happy Egg Co.

We talked to Terralynn from NM and here’s what she had to say:

Q
Tell us what you made with your Happy Eggs!

A
I boiled my Happy Eggs for lunch at work. The flavor was different. I always just bought the cheaper-priced eggs. I didn’t know about all the things they used to produce eggs. I think I might switch it up. I will use the rest in a Chinese dish or bake with it.
Q
How do you feel about The Happy Egg Co.’s commitment to hen welfare?

A
It inspires me to educate myself on what I buy. Cheaper doesn’t mean better. I didn’t know those were the chemicals they had put into getting the normal white eggs. It’s an eye opener.
Q
Get creative! What yummy summer recipe would you choose to incorporate Happy Eggs with?

A
I would bake a cake to see if it alters taste. I will try in Chinese cuisine dishes, maybe in a potato salad as well.
Q
Happy Egg Hens spend their days doing things they love [like perching, foraging + dust bathing]. What are some of your favorite things to do with family + friends?

A
I like baseball games because they involve a large group of people, just playing sports at the park because it’s a cool place.
Love goes into the process and we can taste the extra care.
