Local Lesbian Loves Happy Eggs

In Partnership with Happy Egg Co.

We talked to Emily from TN and here’s what she had to say:

Q
Tell us what you made with your Happy Eggs!

A
I scrambled an egg. Normally I add milk but I was out so I didn't. The flavor was amazing! It was really fluffy and I didn't even need to add salt or pepper.
Q
How do you feel about The Happy Egg Co.’s commitment to hen welfare?

A
I think that's wonderful and definitely makes me feel better about eating their eggs than I would another brand's. The only issue for me is the price. That said, it is great value because of the taste and the fact that it is cruelty-free.
Q
Get creative! What yummy summer recipe would you choose to incorporate Happy Eggs with?

A
I would make a spinach quiche and bring it to a potluck at work, because it would be easy and delicious when I don’t have much time.
Q
Happy Egg Hens spend their days doing things they love [like perching, foraging + dust bathing]. What are some of your favorite things to do with family + friends?

A
I like to go to protests and fight injustice so my voice is heard and change is made. I also like hiking and board games.
Happy Eggs are delicious and make me feel good at the same time.
