An Egg a Day is the Happy Way

In Partnership with Happy Egg Co.

We talked to Alice from TN and here’s what she had to say:

Q
Tell us what you made with your Happy Eggs!

A
I boiled 1 egg and 1 over medium because I tend to have issues w/ brown eggs prepared both ways. I was impressed with how both turned out and not sure if it was just luck or the shell itself, but the crack was clean on both (no fishing for particles). I love this product.
Q
How do you feel about The Happy Egg Co.’s commitment to hen welfare?

A
I absolutely appreciate it. I would only buy mine local up until our friend passed and I no longer had that option.
Q
Get creative! What yummy summer recipe would you choose to incorporate Happy Eggs with?

A
If it were for an overnight guest, I'd do my Eggs Benedict Florentine. However, if it were for a gathering I'd do my favorite dessert Chess Bars.
Q
Happy Egg Hens spend their days doing things they love [like perching, foraging + dust bathing]. What are some of your favorite things to do with family + friends?

A
I think like most people, we get together & eat. That's when we catch up with each other to find out what's new in our lives.
An egg a day is the happy way. (Not really a gift of mine, but I tried.)
