Let Them Live Their Life!

In Partnership with Happy Egg Co.

We talked to Gaby from CA and here’s what she had to say:

Q
Tell us what you made with your Happy Eggs!

A
I made a quick scrambled egg with some heavy cream and butter. The eggs cooked perfectly and were completely filling despite the fact that their a tad bit smaller than the abnormally large eggs out on the market today.
Q
How do you feel about The Happy Egg Co.’s commitment to hen welfare?

A
It's awesome that they allow for 8 acres of outdoor access. I would only ask that they put their organic eggs and their free range eggs side by side to continue educating the public on the differences.
Q
Get creative! What yummy summer recipe would you choose to incorporate Happy Eggs with?

A
I would make some deviled eggs maybe! They're an awesome appetizer as guests are arriving or to just pop in your mouth every so often!
Q
Happy Egg Hens spend their days doing things they love [like perching, foraging + dust bathing]. What are some of your favorite things to do with family + friends?

A
We enjoy each other's company!
As I'm eating these eggs, it makes me happy to know that the hens that laid these eggs are being treated as a living and feeling creature.
