Humane Eggs are Happy

In Partnership with Happy Egg Co.

We talked to Lois from CA and here’s what she had to say:

Q
Tell us what you made with your Happy Eggs!

A
I prepared a fried egg over medium, as it is my favorite way to eat eggs. I found the yolk to be very rich and creamy; noticeably different from store generic eggs.
Q
How do you feel about The Happy Egg Co.’s commitment to hen welfare?

A
I support animal humanity and companies that hold the same high standards.
Q
Get creative! What yummy summer recipe would you choose to incorporate Happy Eggs with?

A
I think these eggs would be excellent for creative deviled eggs for a barbecue. The rich yolk would make the deviled eggs more flavorful and creamy filling. I would share with family at a barbecue at my home.
Q
Happy Egg Hens spend their days doing things they love [like perching, foraging + dust bathing]. What are some of your favorite things to do with family + friends?

A
Family comes first for me so spending as much time with my grandchildren is of highest importance. I enjoy spending active time with them especially swimming.
I found the yolk in these Happy Eggs to be far superior being very creamy and rich.
