How Happy Hens Produce Great Eggs

In Partnership with Happy Egg Co.

We talked to Kat from CA and here’s what she had to say:

Q
Tell us what you made with your Happy Eggs!

A
I eat them scrambled softly with 3 knobs of butter and a light sprinkle of flaked sea salt. They tasted good and are heavier than regular eggs.
Q
How do you feel about The Happy Egg Co.’s commitment to hen welfare?

A
I love it and wish it were an industry standard.
Q
Get creative! What yummy summer recipe would you choose to incorporate Happy Eggs with?

A
I think these would be good in my ice cream base.
Q
Happy Egg Hens spend their days doing things they love [like perching, foraging + dust bathing]. What are some of your favorite things to do with family + friends?

A
We enjoy hanging out at the beach and off-leash dog parks. We love the beach and my SD loves playing with other dogs.
Happy hens make delicious eggs.
