Healthy, Happy, and Egg-citing

In Partnership with Happy Egg Co.

We talked to Amber from NM and here’s what she had to say:

Q
Tell us what you made with your Happy Eggs!

A
I made scrambled eggs with salt and pepper, half and half, and dill. It was good! I love brown eggs and think they have the most flavor.
Q
How do you feel about The Happy Egg Co.’s commitment to hen welfare?

A
I love this! Our family tries really hard to find meat, eggs, and milk that are organic and find companies that employ practices that are in the best interest of the animals. Not only do the animals have a better life but it makes a healthy and better product for us to consume.
Q
Get creative! What yummy summer recipe would you choose to incorporate Happy Eggs with?

A
We love to make frittatas! It's a great and healthy way to use up leftover meat and vegetables.
Q
Happy Egg Hens spend their days doing things they love [like perching, foraging + dust bathing]. What are some of your favorite things to do with family + friends?

A
Our family loves to grill out. We get to cook yummy food and spend time together talking, swimming, and playing.
We love eggs and eating free-range and organic eggs means both the hens and my family are happy and healthy!
