Hard Boiled or Hard Pressed?

In Partnership with Happy Egg Co.
We talked to Ellen from WA and here’s what she had to say:
Q
Tell us what you made with your Happy Eggs!

A
I made hard boiled eggs and ate them with a little salt and pepper. The eggs actually seemed easier to peel! The flavor was very fresh.
Q
How do you feel about The Happy Egg Co.’s commitment to hen welfare?

A
I am not very familiar with the organization, but am favorable to their goals!
Q
Get creative! What yummy summer recipe would you choose to incorporate Happy Eggs with?

A
You can’t go wrong with deviled eggs! They are a great outdoor or indoor food.
Q
Happy Egg Hens spend their days doing things they love [like perching, foraging + dust bathing]. What are some of your favorite things to do with family + friends?

A
I love to go outside, just like the chickens!
I will be hard pressed to get other eggs after trying these!
