Happy With Happy Eggs

In Partnership with Happy Egg Co.

We talked to Debbie from NM and here’s what she had to say:

Q
Tell us what you made with your Happy Eggs!

A
The eggs were cooked in a copper skillet with a little olive oil. They were cooked over-easy, just a little runny. They were prepared for a dinner. They were very flavorful like a good egg should taste.
Q
How do you feel about The Happy Egg Co.’s commitment to hen welfare?

A
I am pleased to hear that the hens were in a natural environment.
Q
Get creative! What yummy summer recipe would you choose to incorporate Happy Eggs with?

A
We live in the desert southwest, so an egg over enchiladas is a traditional meal shared with family.
Q
Happy Egg Hens spend their days doing things they love [like perching, foraging + dust bathing]. What are some of your favorite things to do with family + friends?

A
I go to the pool and spa to relax.
Thank you for the opportunity to try Happy Eggs.
