Tell us what you made with your Happy Eggs!

A
I made it into scrambled eggs. I put it into a burrito with the eggs and added shredded cheddar cheese to make a breakfast burrito. I also added a small amount of La Victoria green sauce. We like this as it's very easy to make and it's also portable, so I can take it with me. The eggs had a very good, rich flavor. I think it made the whole burrito taste better.

How do you feel about The Happy Egg Co.’s commitment to hen welfare?

I think it's important to treat your animals right, regardless of their purpose. I would not be comfortable using a product from any company that is known to abuse their poultry or livestock.

Get creative! What yummy summer recipe would you choose to incorporate Happy Eggs with?

A
I love my breakfast burrito. They are quick and easy and perfect to set out at a summer brunch. I would leave off the sauce and bring it in the side though, as not everyone like it.

Happy Egg Hens spend their days doing things they love [like perching, foraging + dust bathing]. What are some of your favorite things to do with family + friends?

A
We love going out shopping, even if we are just looking. It is a great way to get out of the house on a hot summer day. We usually end up eating lunch or dinner together, and we have fun just hanging out.
Full, rich flavor, and a great source of protein.
