Happy Hens Make Happy Eggs Which In Turn Make Even Happier Homes

In Partnership with Happy Egg Co.

We talked to Jamie from FL and here’s what she had to say:

Q
Tell us what you made with your Happy Eggs!

A
I boiled them and made deviled eggs. While preparing the deviled eggs, I also ate one of the boiled eggs with some freshly ground pink Himalayan sea salt and a bit of freshly ground pepper. They were absolutely delicious tasting. The yolks were a lovely light buttery yellow color.
Q
How do you feel about The Happy Egg Co.’s commitment to hen welfare?

A
As a person who feels that animals are just as important as humans, I am very happy to know that they are being treated much more humanely. It's honestly just the right thing to do.
Q
Get creative! What yummy summer recipe would you choose to incorporate Happy Eggs with?

A
I would love to make a quiche with leeks, ham, Swiss, and parmesan cheese.
Q
Happy Egg Hens spend their days doing things they love [like perching, foraging + dust bathing]. What are some of your favorite things to do with family + friends?

A
I love to spend time with my family at the lake where my grandparents love. We swim and go fishing during the day and our nights are spent around the campfire roasting marshmallows.
Happy Eggs were delicious tasting which made our family as happy as a bunch of hens.
