Happy Hens Lay Happy Eggs

In Partnership with Happy Egg Co.

We talked to Megan from WY and here’s what she had to say:

Q
Tell us what you made with your Happy Eggs!

A
I fried the eggs. I first cracked them into a bowl, whisked them, and then poured them into a hot pan with a little salt. They tasted great!
Q
How do you feel about The Happy Egg Co.’s commitment to hen welfare?

A
I wish all companies felt this way. I typically buy ordinary eggs and just try not to think about the hens.
Q
Get creative! What yummy summer recipe would you choose to incorporate Happy Eggs with?

A
I think I would just use them to make breakfast for my kids. During the summer, I have more time to make them food instead of just giving them cereal.
Q
Happy Egg Hens spend their days doing things they love [like perching, foraging + dust bathing]. What are some of your favorite things to do with family + friends?

A
We love grilling out. The whole family gets involved and helps making the foods and then we make s'mores for dessert after.
Happy Eggs make breakfast happier.
