Happy Hens Lay Happy Eggs
In Partnership with Happy Egg Co.

We talked to Bonnie from Vancouver, WA and here’s what she had to say:
Q:
Which Happy Egg Original Recipe would you like to try? (All Happy Egg Recipes can be found HERE on their website).
A: I would love to try the egg and Panzanella salad. It’s a favorite salad and I believe these flavorful eggs would make it pop.
Q: What do you think about Happy Egg’s commitment to providing environmentally-friendly eggs?
A: I always try to buy eggs from hens that are treated humanely. I will look for this brand when I’m shopping.
Q: How did you prepare your Happy Eggs?
A: I scrambled them with a little butter and chives from my garden
Q: Did the packaging stand out to you?
A: They were in front and I noticed the box right away.
Q: What’s a go-to recipe for you that requires eggs?
A: In the summer I make frittatas with the vegetables from my garden. It is amazing. When I’m in the mood for something special I make a quiche (using a recipe that I got from a lovely French lady about 40 years ago).
Q: What do you think of Happy Egg’s partnership with their farmers?
A: I think that working together to bring the best product to market helps to ensure that customers are getting the best quality.
