Happy Hens, Happy People

In Partnership with Happy Egg Co.
We talked to Penny from FL and here’s what she had to say:
Q
Tell us what you made with your Happy Eggs!

A
I boiled the eggs to use as deviled eggs using only mayo and a little Guldens Brown mustard. I brought them to a post 4th of July family get together, deviled eggs were requested by the family. These were the best-tasting deviled eggs and were devoured in less than 30 minutes!
Q
How do you feel about The Happy Egg Co.’s commitment to hen welfare?

A
I like that they are free range as this is the kind of chickens my family raised when I was a kid. I consider this to be a true commitment to animal welfare.
Q
Get creative! What yummy summer recipe would you choose to incorporate Happy Eggs with?

A
I made deviled eggs and the whole family commented on how good they were without knowing they were free range! My next thing to use them in will be old fashioned scrambled eggs and cheese, another family favorite!
Q
Happy Egg Hens spend their days doing things they love [like perching, foraging + dust bathing]. What are some of your favorite things to do with family + friends?

A
We like taking family vacations to the beach, theme parks, and water balloon fights in the backyard! Spending quality time with my kids and grandkids is a top priority!
I love companies that are committed to animal welfare!
