Happy Hens, Happy Family

In Partnership with Happy Egg Co.

We talked to Patricia from FL and here’s what she had to say:

Q
Tell us what you made with your Happy Eggs!

A
I cooked them over easy. The flavor was good. It was a little bit stronger than the ones I usually buy.
Q
How do you feel about The Happy Egg Co.’s commitment to hen welfare?

A
I think it's great. I have seen how the average chicken farm treats their hens and it makes me sick.
Q
Get creative! What yummy summer recipe would you choose to incorporate Happy Eggs with?

A
I think they would be great in a red potato salad. I feel the flavor would really shine though in a salad of any kind really.
Q
Happy Egg Hens spend their days doing things they love [like perching, foraging + dust bathing]. What are some of your favorite things to do with family + friends?

A
We love going on a picnic and swimming. Living in Florida, a picnic can get hot so there is nothing like a nice swim before and after to cool down.
Great taste makes for happy hens and happy family.
