Happy Health In An Eggshell

In Partnership with Happy Egg Co.

We talked to Eva from CA and here’s what she had to say:

Q
Tell us what you made with your Happy Eggs!

A
I scramble them with butter and a little bit of milk. I use whole milk instead of skim milk. This can get the egg creamy and silky. Happy Egg tastes very rich and is softer than other brand I used to consume.
Q
How do you feel about The Happy Egg Co.’s commitment to hen welfare?

A
Hens raised in good condition and with minimal human intervention will definitely have better health, physiologically, at the hormonal level. This health benefit is valuable to us consumers and Happy Egg Co. should receive wide recognition from the general public in order to push this healthy trend.
Q
Get creative! What yummy summer recipe would you choose to incorporate Happy Eggs with?

A
Happy Eggs is an excellent choice for creme brulee. Their eggs are creamier and have a thicker taste than other brands so a perfect choice for dessert. I will share with my family and friends. Good idea for a poolside party.
Q
Happy Egg Hens spend their days doing things they love [like perching, foraging + dust bathing]. What are some of your favorite things to do with family + friends?

A
I enjoy water sports and BBQ yard parties. This is the perfect way to enjoy the California sun with a lot of friends.
Happy Eggs is packed with taste and quality.
