I made a cheese omelet with 2 Happy Eggs and Sharp Cheddar Cheese. I prepared this because I try to stay with a Ketogenic way of eating and the omelet fit in perfectly.

Get creative! What yummy summer recipe would you choose to incorporate Happy Eggs with?

A
I follow a Ketogenic way of eating and eggs are a huge part of the recipes. I would make a recipe called a Savory Dutch Baby and a Sweet Dutch Baby from the new cookbook Keto Living Day by Day by Kristie H. Sullivan. I would share it with everyone that wanted to try it.

Happy Egg Hens spend their days doing things they love [like perching, foraging + dust bathing]. What are some of your favorite things to do with family + friends?

A
Somehow all of my favorite things are either having get-togethers with friends at their homes or meeting at a casino. These 2 things are relaxing and fun.
I found the omelet I made with Happy Eggs tasted fresh and I added fresh mushrooms, Sharp Cheddar Cheese, and cooked in Kerrygold Butter to enhance the flavor and texture of the Happy Eggs.
