Q: 

Which Happy Egg Original Recipe would you like to try? (All Happy Egg Recipes can be found HERE on their website).

A:  The perfect omelet. I have not yet perfected the art of cooking an omelet. I love omelets at restaurants and my omelets usually taste very good, but they are usually not very pretty.
Q: What do you think about Happy Egg’s commitment to providing environmentally-friendly eggs?
A:  I love the idea of happy chickens. I believe that happy animals will produce healthier food and there by help us humans eat and live healthier.
Q: How did you prepare your Happy Eggs?
A:  I scrambled my eggs with a little salt and pepper.
Q: Did the packaging stand out to you?
A:  Yes. Happy eggs were in the only bright yellow carton in rhe egg section.
Q: What’s a go-to recipe for you that requires eggs?
A:  We eat eggs for breakfast most weekends either scrambled, fried or poached. I also use them when making cakes, cupcakes or brownies.
Q: What do you think of Happy Egg’s partnership with their farmers?
A:  I love the idea of family farms. Families use take better care of their farms than the large corporations. I feel continuing education can help make a better product and sometimes reduce the cost.
