Happy Eggs: Review from a Busy Mom

In Partnership with Happy Egg Co.

fried egg on salad - coffee - breakfast

We talked to Jessica from Murfreesboro, TN and here’s what she had to say:

Q: What do you think about Happy Egg’s commitment to providing environmentally-friendly eggs?
A:  It makes me feel good to know these eggs are coming from hens who are treated humanely! It’s something I would gladly pay extra for to get that piece of mind
Q: Did the packaging stand out to you?
A:  Yes, it stood out. All the other cartons were plain and all looked the same. I spotted these right away
Q: How did you prepare your Happy Eggs?
A:  I normally prepare them scrambled with a sprinkling of shredded cheese mixed in
Q: What do you think of Happy Egg’s partnership with their farmers?
A:  I think it’s very commendable to invest your time back into the farmers

Which Happy Egg Original Recipe would you like to try? (All Happy Egg Recipes can be found HERE on their website).

A:  I would like to try the perfect omelet. I just like simple recipes with wholesome ingredients. Also with omelets I can use up my leftover produce from the week as mix-ins
Q: What’s a go-to recipe for you that requires eggs?
A:  For breakfast I make scrambled eggs every weekend. Sometimes I like to pre-cook egg muffins for the week. Other than that, I make boxed brownies or cake mixes. If I had more time, I would bake more from scratch!
quote markAwesome concept- these are the only eggs I’ve seen that truly are coming from happy hens!

Thank you for your time, Jessica! We love your feedback
