We talked to Karen from Clermont , FL and here’s what she had to say:

Q: What was your impression of the packaging?
A:  The packaging is made of recycled product. It is an aesthetically pleasing box and label provides information on chickens which are well maintained.
Q: What did you like most about these eggs + how do they differ from other eggs you’ve tried?
A:  The eggs taste very flavorful, almost fluffy naturally and it did not have an after tart aftertaste. The fact that these are organic, hormone free makes me feel good eating them. Happy egg did not upset belly at all.
Q: What kind of eggs do you normally buy + how do you feel about Happy Egg’s commitment to raising free range hens on 8 acres?
A:  Brown eggs. I am pleased to hear that Happy eggs are raised in cage and hormone free in 8 acres. Give the chicken the stressless components to lay healthy eggs.
Q: How did you prepare your Happy Eggs?
A:  I prepared them scrambled and immediately could see the fluffy texture, smelled clean, not foul and color was light not dull yellow. Happy eggs are so tasty. These may be my favorite brand yet.
Q: How will you be enjoying Happy Eggs in the future?
A:  I can enjoy these as boiled eggs as a good snack option or western omelette with veggies or egg salad with a Dijon dressing on lettuce or whole grain wrap. These eggs definitely make my meal more enjoyable as they are healthy and tasteful.
