Happy Eggs Make People Happy

In Partnership with Happy Egg Co.
We talked to Marsha from WA and here’s what she had to say:
Q
Tell us what you made with your Happy Eggs!

A
I fried them sunny side up and served hash browns on the side. I prepared this because it was quick and easy given the time restraints my husband has for lunch hour. The eggs were very good. Much darker yolks with better flavor than most.
Q
How do you feel about The Happy Egg Co.’s commitment to hen welfare?

A
Having worked in a commercial egg farm in the past, I like this idea as opposed to hens sitting in crowded hen houses. I would imagine there would not be a need for antibiotics in the water either.
Q
Get creative! What yummy summer recipe would you choose to incorporate Happy Eggs with?

A
Bacon apple frittata would be a yummy dish to use these eggs in. I’d share it with my family.
Q
Happy Egg Hens spend their days doing things they love [like perching, foraging + dust bathing]. What are some of your favorite things to do with family + friends?

A
We enjoy taking leisurely walks and looking for plants to photograph along the way.
Happy Eggs cooked up great and had a lot of flavor compared to the eggs I have had from caged hens.
