Happy Eggs Made with Love.

In Partnership with Happy Egg Co.
We talked to Linda from CA and here’s what she had to say:
Q
Tell us what you made with your Happy Eggs!

A
I prepared 2 Happy Eggs fried in a combination of olive oil and butter. I ate them with a flour tortilla because it’s one of my favorite ways to eat eggs. They had great flavor and I couldn’t help thinking how much they tasted like eggs. They tasted really fresh and were delicious.
Q
How do you feel about The Happy Egg Co.’s commitment to hen welfare?

A
I’m impressed by Happy Egg Co commitment to hen welfare. You can really taste the difference in their eggs. Their eggs taste really good. One of the things that came to mind when I was eating them was that they tasted clean. It has to be because the hens are raised with love.
Q
Get creative! What yummy summer recipe would you choose to incorporate Happy Eggs with?

A
I would use Happy Eggs in potato salad. I love adding eggs to my potato salad and it’s one of my family’s favorites. I would make this for one of my family barbecues.
Q
Happy Egg Hens spend their days doing things they love [like perching, foraging + dust bathing]. What are some of your favorite things to do with family + friends?

A
I love getting together with all of them and having a barbecue. Everyone brings a dish and we spend the day together talking, eating and just enjoying each others company.
The love given to Happy Eggs hens produce delicious eggs.
