Happy Eggs Helps Hens

In Partnership with Happy Egg Co.

We talked to Sarah from CA and here’s what she had to say:

Q
Tell us what you made with your Happy Eggs!

A
I made scrambled eggs with these eggs, for breakfast for my family. I made them mixed together with a little milk, salt, and pepper, and cooked them in a pan on the stovetop.
Q
How do you feel about The Happy Egg Co.’s commitment to hen welfare?

A
It makes me proud to buy these eggs. My family and I already try to eat organic and healthy so this is exactly the sort of product we would buy. Eating these eggs knowing how the hens were treated makes it that much better!
Q
Get creative! What yummy summer recipe would you choose to incorporate Happy Eggs with?

A
I am going to incorporate using the Happy Eggs this summer to my favorite baked goods. My husband and I love to bake gluten free desserts like brownies and various baked breads. We will be using the Happy Eggs when we bake these items next.
Q
Happy Egg Hens spend their days doing things they love [like perching, foraging + dust bathing]. What are some of your favorite things to do with family + friends?

A
My husband, my son and myself all love to skateboard together with our dog Shred. We go hiking in the nearby mountains and bike ride them in the summer. During the winter we love to snowboard there when there's snow! We are very active outdoors people.
Happy Eggs takes care of their hens with love and care, and eating them makes me feel proud.
