Tell us what you made with your Happy Eggs!

A
I made two types of eggs — sunny-side up and scrambled with cheddar cheese. Ingredient: black pepper. Pan was oiled with vegetable oil. Sunny-side up eggs cooked with a piece of foil on top of pan as a lid as eggs fried. For scrambled eggs, I stirred constantly.

I am glad that you take care of your source . Since the eggs are a bit expensive, it helps to know why. Sounds like you care about people as much as you care about your hens.

Get creative! What yummy summer recipe would you choose to incorporate Happy Eggs with?

A
I will use Happy Eggs in tuna salad, chicken salad, breakfast meals, and on a juicy burger. I think Happy Eggs with midnight pancakes will be yummy to my tummy this summer.

Happy Egg Hens spend their days doing things they love [like perching, foraging + dust bathing]. What are some of your favorite things to do with family + friends?

We enjoy outdoor concerts and picnics in the summer because food and fun go together.
