Tell us what you made with your Happy Eggs!

I fried the egg in a pan with light oil until over medium. I then enjoyed the egg with a slice of toast. The flavor was good, the yolk large and the white did not harden during cooking.

I love the commitment. I believe animals should be treated kindly and not under-fed and over-produced.

Get creative! What yummy summer recipe would you choose to incorporate Happy Eggs with?

I would make my ranch potato salad with these eggs and share it at my family reunion. I believe the flavor of these eggs would pair well with the bacon and cheddar cheese in the salad.

Happy Egg Hens spend their days doing things they love [like perching, foraging + dust bathing]. What are some of your favorite things to do with family + friends?

A
I love to spend time at the park with my family. I enjoy watching my son smile as he plays.
