We talked to ivy from CA and here’s what she had to say:

Q
Tell us what you made with your Happy Eggs!

A
I first melted a pat of butter in the pan. Next I beat 2 eggs in a bowl and then scrambled them over low heat, seasoned with salt and pepper. It was delicious.
Q
How do you feel about The Happy Egg Co.’s commitment to hen welfare?

A
I love that. it is so important to raise and treat our livestock humanely. That is worth the higher price tag.
Q
Get creative! What yummy summer recipe would you choose to incorporate Happy Eggs with?

A
My potato salad with hard-boiled egg in it is always a winner but the flavor In these eggs is so much more delicious it will elevate that dish this summer for sure. I can't wait to make deviled eggs with these as well.
Q
Happy Egg Hens spend their days doing things they love [like perching, foraging + dust bathing]. What are some of your favorite things to do with family + friends?

A
Cooking is the best thing to do with friends and family. Food is something everyone can bond over and it brings people closer together. Also it helps us to learn about other cultures through food.
