Happy Eggs, Happy People

In Partnership with Happy Egg Co.

We talked to Christy from CO and here’s what she had to say:

Q
Tell us what you made with your Happy Eggs!

A
I have prepared these eggs scrambled to serve to my family for brunch. They were delicious. I love how yellow the yolks are.
Q
How do you feel about The Happy Egg Co.’s commitment to hen welfare?

A
I am very happy to hear about the welfare of animals being protected. I have seen pictures of conventionally raised chickens, and it is appalling. I love that the hens that produced these eggs have a normal hen life.
Q
Get creative! What yummy summer recipe would you choose to incorporate Happy Eggs with?

A
I would love to make a quiche for my family, with lots of vegetables in it. I think they would really enjoy the concept of pie for brunch!
Q
Happy Egg Hens spend their days doing things they love [like perching, foraging + dust bathing]. What are some of your favorite things to do with family + friends?

A
We love to go bike riding as a family. My children are also involved in soccer and volleyball so that is usually on our list of things to watch and participate in.
We love how happy the hens are that lay these eggs!
