Happy Eggs = Happy Living

In Partnership with Happy Egg Co.
We talked to Jeanette from WA and here’s what she had to say:
Q
Tell us what you made with your Happy Eggs!

A
I hard-boiled eggs for my husband’s lunch along with regular eggs. The Happy Eggs were a bit darker in color and richer and smoother in texture. They were definitely larger.
Q
How do you feel about The Happy Egg Co.’s commitment to hen welfare?

A
I like that they are free range and not crammed into pens. I hope Happy Eggs can maintain this standard.
Q
Get creative! What yummy summer recipe would you choose to incorporate Happy Eggs with?

A
I am hoping to make some tapioca pudding. I have high hopes that the egg whites will whip up nice and fluffy. I’m looking forward to it.
Q
Happy Egg Hens spend their days doing things they love [like perching, foraging + dust bathing]. What are some of your favorite things to do with family + friends?

A
We enjoy hiking and camping. During the summer I try to take a road trip with my grandkids.
Happy Eggs are a perfectly beautiful stand alone food source.
