Happy Eggs, Happy Hens, Happy Mom

In Partnership with Happy Egg Co.
We talked to Jennifer from AL and here’s what she had to say:
Q
Tell us what you made with your Happy Eggs!

A
I prepared 2 scrambled eggs with cheese and onion for lunch. I scrambled them in a bowl with salt and pepper. Then I poured them into a medium-sized frying pan. I turned the oven on medium high. I added chopped onion and then sprinkled shredded cheese towards the end. The flavor was light and creamy.
Q
How do you feel about The Happy Egg Co.’s commitment to hen welfare?

A
I am an animal lover so I love to hear that the hens are treated so well and that the Humane Society certified the eggs. That is important to me.
Q
Get creative! What yummy summer recipe would you choose to incorporate Happy Eggs with?

A
I would put Happy Eggs in egg salad. I tend to eat more egg salad in the summer and the light and creamy taste would blend wonderfully with the mayo, mustard, and paprika. I would share it with my family when we get together for cookouts. I would also just eat it myself for lunch.
Q
Happy Egg Hens spend their days doing things they love [like perching, foraging + dust bathing]. What are some of your favorite things to do with family + friends?

A
Our family enjoys going to the pool, walking, playing with our animals, and going to the movies.
Happy Eggs were light and creamy, quick to prepare and they treat their hens with love. Perfect for me!
