Happy Eggs, Happy Food, Happy Conscience

In Partnership with Happy Egg Co.

We talked to Mahin from CA and here’s what she had to say:

Q
Tell us what you made with your Happy Eggs!

A
I made scrambled eggs with tomatoes and green chilies. The eggs were delicious. They were light and fluffy.
Q
How do you feel about The Happy Egg Co.’s commitment to hen welfare?

A
I appreciate companies that treat animals humanely. I wish all companies were held to that standard. It should be a requirement. Until it is, I appreciate companies who hold themselves to a higher standard.
Q
Get creative! What yummy summer recipe would you choose to incorporate Happy Eggs with?

A
One of my favorite egg dishes is an egg salad I make with potatoes and chicken. I think these eggs would be great for that recipe and I know many family members would appreciate that the eggs are cruelty free.
Q
Happy Egg Hens spend their days doing things they love [like perching, foraging + dust bathing]. What are some of your favorite things to do with family + friends?

A
We have family get togethers often. We always cook. Whether it is a barbecue for lunch or having everyone over for dinner. Our family events always include friends and always revolve around food.
Happy Eggs are a delicious addition to any recipe and their commitment to animal welfare makes me enjoy them even more.
