Happy Eggs = Happy Family

In Partnership with Happy Egg Co.

We talked to Rhonda from OK and here’s what she had to say:

Q
Tell us what you made with your Happy Eggs!

A
I was hungry after shopping so I made a simple fried egg. I melted Kerrygold butter in a pan and cooked my Happy Egg about 2 minutes on each side. It was delicious with a firm white and very yellow yolk.
Q
How do you feel about The Happy Egg Co.’s commitment to hen welfare?

A
I'm very happy about it. I'm no vegetarian, but I think animals should be treated as well as possible.
Q
Get creative! What yummy summer recipe would you choose to incorporate Happy Eggs with?

A
My grandchildren think I make the world's best scrambled eggs. I'll make that and serve them with Naan bread and fresh fruit.
Q
Happy Egg Hens spend their days doing things they love [like perching, foraging + dust bathing]. What are some of your favorite things to do with family + friends?

A
This summer I am enjoying traveling with my husband, and with my grandchildren backyard wading pool fun is the best.
Happy Eggs are worth the extra cost.
