Happy Eggs, Happy Family

In Partnership with Happy Egg Co.

We talked to Emily from KS and here’s what she had to say:

Q
Tell us what you made with your Happy Eggs!

A
I made over medium eggs using coconut oil spray and just a bit of sea salt which is what I have normally for breakfast at least 3 times a week. They turned out quite delicious, the yolk was rich and thick with a golden yellow color.
Q
How do you feel about The Happy Egg Co.’s commitment to hen welfare?

A
It makes me feel good to eat and feed my family with a product that holds itself to the highest ethical and quality standards.
Q
Get creative! What yummy summer recipe would you choose to incorporate Happy Eggs with?

A
I am planning on making quinoa Buddha bowls with soft boiled eggs, kale, tomato, red onion, sweet corn, sweet potato, cilantro and yogurt avocado. Perfect for a girls get together.
Q
Happy Egg Hens spend their days doing things they love [like perching, foraging + dust bathing]. What are some of your favorite things to do with family + friends?

A
Swim, travel, watch movies, go to the park or museums, discover new restaurants. I love spending quality time with my people while getting to know my community better.
I love feeling good about the products I buy for my family; Happy Eggs are healthy, ethical and delicious.
