Happy Eggs, Happy Belly

In Partnership with Happy Egg Co.

We talked to Elizabeth from AR and here’s what she had to say:

Q
Tell us what you made with your Happy Eggs!

A
I prepared scrambled eggs. I used five eggs and six tablespoons of milk to make them fluffy. I added quite a bit of salt to make them more flavorful, and they were super fluffy!
Q
How do you feel about The Happy Egg Co.’s commitment to hen welfare?

A
I think it's very noble. I enjoyed reading the facts on the carton compared to other free-range eggs because that gave me a better picture of how their eggs are different. I was intrigued at how much land the hens get.
Q
Get creative! What yummy summer recipe would you choose to incorporate Happy Eggs with?

A
I would love to use Happy Eggs in eggs Benedict! It is one of my favorite summer brunch dishes and I would love to share it with my mom! She loves eggs Benedict almost as much as I do!
Q
Happy Egg Hens spend their days doing things they love [like perching, foraging + dust bathing]. What are some of your favorite things to do with family + friends?

A
I love to take my dog to the dog park! It's so amazing to see her interact and play with other dogs and how happy she gets! I also love to play board games with my family for some indoor fun.
Happy Eggs are super yummy eggs with an awesome purpose and mission!
