Happy Eggs from Happy Chickens

In Partnership with Happy Egg Co.
We talked to Sara from MS and here’s what she had to say:
Q
Tell us what you made with your Happy Eggs!

A
I heated some olive oil in a skillet and fried two eggs. I cracked them straight into the pan and stirred them after a couple of minutes because I like the whites and the yolks to remain somewhat separate, and I seasoned them with salt and freshly ground black pepper. They tasted fantastic!
Q
How do you feel about The Happy Egg Co.’s commitment to hen welfare?

A
I feel that the Happy Egg Co.’s commitment to the ethical treatment of chickens is of the utmost importance. If I am going to buy eggs, the poultry involved need to be treated humanely.
Q
Get creative! What yummy summer recipe would you choose to incorporate Happy Eggs with?

A
I would add Happy Eggs to my toddler’s favorite which is eggs in a basket, a very delicious bread and egg recipe.
Q
Happy Egg Hens spend their days doing things they love [like perching, foraging + dust bathing]. What are some of your favorite things to do with family + friends?

A
I love taking walks very early in the morning with my toddler and mother. This is one of my favorite activities because we are being active and talking while being in nature.
If you’re going to eat eggs, make them Happy Eggs because they treat their chickens ethically.
