Happy Eggs For Happy Families

In Partnership with Happy Egg Co.

We talked to Danielle from CO and here’s what she had to say:

Q
Tell us what you made with your Happy Eggs!

A
I prepared one egg, fried, and added salt and pepper. I used canola pan spray and ate the fried egg, over medium, with the yolk broken. The flavor was hearty; the taste and consistency had substance to it, instead of runny or liquidy.
Q
How do you feel about The Happy Egg Co.’s commitment to hen welfare?

A
I am pleasantly surprised to hear about a company taking that much time, energy, effort, and money to raise hens in a loving environment.
Q
Get creative! What yummy summer recipe would you choose to incorporate Happy Eggs with?

A
My Happy Eggs will be included in the fresh salads I serve my family during these hot summer months! We love hard-boiled eggs, along with chicken, tomatoes, and more in our dinner salads.
Q
Happy Egg Hens spend their days doing things they love [like perching, foraging + dust bathing]. What are some of your favorite things to do with family + friends?

A
Living in colorful Colorado, we love camping with friends in the beautiful Rockies!
Happy Eggs equal happy families for both humans and hens!
