Tell us what you made with your Happy Eggs!

A
I prepared one egg, fried, and added salt and pepper. I used canola pan spray and ate the fried egg, over medium, with the yolk broken. The flavor was hearty; the taste and consistency had substance to it, instead of runny or liquidy.

My Happy Eggs will be included in the fresh salads I serve my family during these hot summer months! We love hard-boiled eggs, along with chicken, tomatoes, and more in our dinner salads.

Happy Egg Hens spend their days doing things they love [like perching, foraging + dust bathing]. What are some of your favorite things to do with family + friends?

Living in colorful Colorado, we love camping with friends in the beautiful Rockies!
