Happy Eggs For Happy Bodies!

In Partnership with Happy Egg Co.

We talked to Christy from NV and here’s what she had to say:

Q
Tell us what you made with your Happy Eggs!

A
I put the egg on the skillet and prepared scrambled eggs. I put a little grass fed butter to cook it in and it was delicious. The consistency was just right — a little chewy and lightly crisp. The flavor was nice and felt more fresh than regular eggs with a more mild taste.
Q
How do you feel about The Happy Egg Co.’s commitment to hen welfare?

A
I love that. I believe the hens should be treated in a humane way and that in turn makes for a better product for consumption.
Q
Get creative! What yummy summer recipe would you choose to incorporate Happy Eggs with?

A
I would do an omelet with tomatoes and onions because this is a great filling meal and I like the egg all in one piece also. I would have that with my family because they enjoy omelets as well. Omelets are nice because you can add all sorts of ingredients depending on everyone’s preference.
Q
Happy Egg Hens spend their days doing things they love [like perching, foraging + dust bathing]. What are some of your favorite things to do with family + friends?

A
I love to have meals with my family and watch movies.
Happy Eggs are great because hens are treated well in the process and this makes for an even greater product to consume.
