Q:
Which Happy Egg Original Recipe would you like to try? (All Happy Egg Recipes can be found HERE on their website).
A: I will be making the perfect omelet. I’ve been instructed by my Nutritionist to start eating less red meats in my meals so eggs will continue to be a great source of protein for me.
Q: What do you think about Happy Egg’s commitment to providing environmentally-friendly eggs?
A: All hens need room to grow and since they will be producing food for me, I appreciate that they have the healthy environment to thrive in.
Q: How did you prepare your Happy Eggs?
A: I made an omelet using leftover rotisserie chicken, mozzarella cheese, chives and harissa seasoning in a non-stick frying pan.
Q: Did the packaging stand out to you?
A: The color of the box stood out and it was at my eye level.
Q: What’s a go-to recipe for you that requires eggs?
A: I generally use eggs for making scrambled eggs for my any meal whether it’s breakfast or dinner.
Q: What do you think of Happy Egg’s partnership with their farmers?
A: It’s nice to know that the eggs come from a reliable source and that it’s quality is consistent.
