Tell us what you made with your Happy Eggs!

I dropped in hot olive oil and ghee, cooked until white is done and center is very soft to runny, and placed on a bed of fettuccine Alfredo with garlic bread on the side. I prepared them this way because it is one of the most delicious things in the world. I added creole spice for my fiancé and caviar for myself. The only thing missing is the Hollandaise.

How do you feel about The Happy Egg Co.’s commitment to hen welfare?

I am very happy about this. They're like the eggs I grew up on. Now if you could only raise affordable, fresh, happy duck eggs, it would be just like home.

Get creative! What yummy summer recipe would you choose to incorporate Happy Eggs with?

I would choose banana pudding at the family reunion, perfect pudding and meringue on top.

Happy Egg Hens spend their days doing things they love [like perching, foraging + dust bathing]. What are some of your favorite things to do with family + friends?

A
I love playing in the park with the kids and eating great food.
