Happy Eggs Are A New Staple

In Partnership with Happy Egg Co.

We talked to Julie from AR and here’s what she had to say:

Q
Tell us what you made with your Happy Eggs!

A
I boiled them and then made egg salad! I grated them and then mixed them with mayonnaise and cayenne pepper.
Q
How do you feel about The Happy Egg Co.’s commitment to hen welfare?

A
I am so happy I get to try these eggs! I think animals deserve a lot more respect than they are given, and rigorous animal welfare standards sound like a good start.
Q
Get creative! What yummy summer recipe would you choose to incorporate Happy Eggs with?

A
I think they would make some really good deviled eggs! It would be fun to share them with friends and tell them how the hens are treated nicely. Everyone would appreciate that!
Q
Happy Egg Hens spend their days doing things they love [like perching, foraging + dust bathing]. What are some of your favorite things to do with family + friends?

A
I love kayaking in the summer because it is something active and fun to do outside with friends.
Happy Eggs are as great as they sound!
