Happy Egg Carton opened and Fried Egg, Bacon and Toast in Cast iron skillet

We talked to Shon from Lake Wylie, SC and here’s what she had to say:

Q: How did you prepare your Happy Eggs?
A:  Covered a Happy Egg in a pot of water brought it to a rumbling boil for 12minutes on high heat. Removed the egg shell while under cold running water. I enjoyed a very quick and convenient hard boiled egg!
Q: What was your first impression of the packaging?
A:  Wonderful bright & cheery. Loved the large bold words and colors. They appealed to me in many ways yellow is sunny bright & cheerful and green is growing healthy &vibrant. If it’s all true it’s all good!
Q: What do you think about Happy Egg’s commitment to providing environmentally-friendly eggs?
A:  It’s absolutely great. I hope and pray Happy Egg and other food companies will continue to produce food in health conscious ways. Our world will be so much better. It’s simple natural and beneficial for everyone!
Win win=healthy happy
Q: Which Happy Egg Original Recipe would you like to try? (All Happy Egg Recipes can be found at )
A:  Huevos Rancheros sounds delicious 😋. Because I love Mexican food full flavor, herbs & spices. I also enjoy eating this dish at Another Broken Egg Restaurant.
quote markHappy Eggs are awesome a little pricey but well worth it. Absolutely priceless when it comes to important things like healthier options for everyone.
