We talked to Carolyn from Pensacola, FL and here’s what she had to say:

Q: What was your impression of the packaging?
A:  While looking for this particular product, i was surprised to find how easy it was to find. The packaging is bright and full of color that really draws your attention to it.
Q: What did you like most about these eggs + how do they differ from other eggs you’ve tried?
A:  I enjoy fried eggs. These eggs where wonderful. The whites of the egg had a firmer texture than the other store bought eggs. The yolks of these eggs also tasted much richer than your usual store bought eggs. Benefits to the environment is a plus, but I’m in this for the taste. These eggs are great.
Q: What kind of eggs do you normally buy + how do you feel about Happy Egg’s commitment to raising free range hens on 8 acres?
A:  Store brand eggs are what I usually buy. I think whatever they are doing, they have great tasting eggs.
Q: How did you prepare your Happy Eggs?
A:  I fried my eggs medium. The texture was a little firmer than eggs i normally buy. They cooked up just as any other rgg does, but they tasted way better!
Q: How will you be enjoying Happy Eggs in the future?
A:  I think these eggs would make a fantastic egg salad. These eggs will enhance the flavor of my potato salad a ton. These eggs just have a great taste.
