Happy Days Are Here Again

In Partnership with Happy Egg Co.

We talked to Heather from LA and here’s what she had to say:

Q
Tell us what you made with your Happy Eggs!

A
I made them for breakfast and cooked them sunny side up. I found them rich in flavor, especially the yolk.
Q
How do you feel about The Happy Egg Co.’s commitment to hen welfare?

A
I appreciate their efforts and commitment. I am not a huge animal rights activist, though, not that I'm against it, I'm just not involved.
Q
Get creative! What yummy summer recipe would you choose to incorporate Happy Eggs with?

A
I love a nice cold egg salad sandwich with mayonnaise during the summer.
Q
Happy Egg Hens spend their days doing things they love [like perching, foraging + dust bathing]. What are some of your favorite things to do with family + friends?

A
One of my favorite things to do with my family is vacation at the beach which I don't get to do often enough. I love the smell of the beach and just enjoy the relaxation and the soothing it does to my soul while I'm there.
Happy Eggs!!! Where the hens are dancing Happy Days as a result of the way they are raised.
