Tell us what you made with your Happy Eggs!

A
I made an egg sandwich for dinner. I used two pieces of white bread and toasted it, fried the egg until the whites were cooked, but there was still yolk. I added a small amount of seasoning salt. When it was cooked I put a light spread of mayo on both pieces of the toast, put the egg in it and then topped it with a slice of Kraft American cheese. The flavor reminded me of when I was growing up and we had chickens. The egg tasted fresh.

I think it's very admirable that they care about the quality of life for the hens.

Get creative! What yummy summer recipe would you choose to incorporate Happy Eggs with?

I would use them to make my potato salad. It would have an even better homemade flavor.

Happy Egg Hens spend their days doing things they love [like perching, foraging + dust bathing]. What are some of your favorite things to do with family + friends?

A
We like having a potluck or a barbecue with my friends and family. It is a great way to spend the hot summer days.
