Happiness Is A Universal Feeling

In Partnership with Happy Egg Co.

We talked to Rie from CA and here’s what she had to say:

Q
Tell us what you made with your Happy Eggs!

A
I prepared boiled eggs because I get to taste the egg itself (without too much seasoning). Boiled them with little water and steamed for 5 min or so. The half-cooked boiled eggs tasted fresh and moist. It was good!
Q
How do you feel about The Happy Egg Co.’s commitment to hen welfare?

A
I think it's wonderful that they care about hens and take good care of them. Their physical and mental health would affect the taste and quality of eggs.
Q
Get creative! What yummy summer recipe would you choose to incorporate Happy Eggs with?

A
I'm making a (sort of) Asian fusion huevos rancheros. Fried eggs with garlic olive oil marinated azuki beans + tomato salad. I love huevos rancheros and would like to add a twist to it for brunch.
Q
Happy Egg Hens spend their days doing things they love [like perching, foraging + dust bathing]. What are some of your favorite things to do with family + friends?

A
I like going to a beach with friends and family and talk and take a nap - enjoy a relaxing time. Life is busy and goes so quick but I'd appreciate a pause here and there.
Happy Eggs gives you a boost of energy and happiness.
