Happily Consuming Happy Eggs!

In Partnership with Happy Egg Co.

We talked to Crystal from CO and here’s what she had to say:

Q
Tell us what you made with your Happy Eggs!

A
Put some oil in a pan and fried 2 eggs to over hard. It sounded good for lunch! And they were good. Flavor was natural and good.
Q
How do you feel about The Happy Egg Co.’s commitment to hen welfare?

A
I am not a fan of abused hens or animals! They're creating a yummy product for us and should be taken care of!
Q
Get creative! What yummy summer recipe would you choose to incorporate Happy Eggs with?

A
They'd be great in cookies or a cake that I'd share with my 7 year old daughter! Sadly right now I am very keto and eating eggs on their own so I am taking great opportunity to taste only the eggs in their pure form.
Q
Happy Egg Hens spend their days doing things they love [like perching, foraging + dust bathing]. What are some of your favorite things to do with family + friends?

A
We love going to games of our local ECHL hockey team, reading, going to movies, watching movies at home :) togetherness!
I enjoyed Happy Eggs as I know the hens are being cared for and the eggs taste fantastic!
