Happier To Use Happy Eggs!

In Partnership with Happy Egg Co.
We talked to Jonie from PA and here’s what she had to say:
Q
Tell us what you made with your Happy Eggs!

A
I melted a half tablespoon of butter on medium heat in a small non-stick pan. I beat two Happy Egg eggs until frothy with a fork & stirred in a pinch of pink Himalayan salt and some black pepper. I cooked the eggs on low heat until they were softly scrambled. There is definitely a fresher flavor to these eggs than other brands I’ve purchased. The flavor is light and delicious.
Q
How do you feel about The Happy Egg Co.’s commitment to hen welfare?

A
Humane treatment of hens is important to me. I believe well cared for hens produce a higher quality egg product. I support humane treatment of all animals and particularly ones that enter our food supply chain.
Q
Get creative! What yummy summer recipe would you choose to incorporate Happy Eggs with?

A
Happy Egg farm eggs would be perfect to create my favorite summer frittata that includes garden fresh herbs, zucchini and peppers!
Q
Happy Egg Hens spend their days doing things they love [like perching, foraging + dust bathing]. What are some of your favorite things to do with family + friends?

A
Being outdoors is a top family favorite activity and priority. We take daily walks and enjoy learning about our native plants and what we can use in our day to day meal preparation.
Happy Eggs make me happy to use because I know they come from happy hens!
