Happier The Chickens

In Partnership with Happy Egg Co.
We talked to Hitomi from CO and here’s what she had to say:
Q
Tell us what you made with your Happy Eggs!

A
We scrambled the egg with sea salt and cracked pepper. My family likes to mix up flavors in the eggs. Also, we boiled the egg for 15 mins. My daughter loves boiled egg; and she thought the egg was full of flavor. She had no complaint about eating the egg.
Q
How do you feel about The Happy Egg Co.’s commitment to hen welfare?

A
I think Happy Egg Co. has a great motive in taking care of their hens’ welfare. Good to know that these chickens are free range and treated in a good environment. The more we take care of our chickens, the eggs they will lay will be more quality.
Q
Get creative! What yummy summer recipe would you choose to incorporate Happy Eggs with?

A
I will make this recipe: flour + salt + baking soda + 1 HAPPY EGGS. CO + sugar + butter + banana = Banana Bread. I will share this with all our customers. They will know about the Happy Eggs, too.
Q
Happy Egg Hens spend their days doing things they love [like perching, foraging + dust bathing]. What are some of your favorite things to do with family + friends?

A
So glad to hear that Happy Egg Co. hens are taking dust baths and foraging for bugs. The happier the chickens, the more likely they are to lay “Happy Eggs.” As a family, we love to cook. We are so grateful to hear that Happy Eggs distributes and keeps their chickens happy. Thank you for taking care of the earthly animals with respect. We will be sharing about Happy Eggs to our friends and family because of how some the eggs are!
I love that Happy Eggs has active and happy chickens because they are more likely to lay “Happy Eggs”!
